How does the subscription work exactly?

When you select a subscription, you pay a monthly amount for the right for your CyberTwin to have up to the specified number of chats. For example, if you choose the $50 subscription, your CyberTwin is entitled to have up to 700 chats per month. Whether your CyberTwin ends up having 1 chat, 100 chats or 699 chats, it does not affect the subscription. Your chats will be topped up to 700 at the next monthly subscription cycle, regardless of how many chats your CyberTwin had.

Which monthly subscription best suits my needs?

To choose the most appropriate monthly subscription, you have to have an idea of how many monthly visitors you get to your website and how you plan to deploy your CyberTwin on your website.

If you offer a click-to-chat link on your website, you can expect roughly about 10% of people who land on that page to end up clicking to chat. This will then determine your monthly chat usage. For example, if you put a click-to-chat link on your page and you get 10,000 visitors to your page a month, then you could expect your CyberTwin to have around 1,000 chats per month.

Auto-pop or embed

If you auto-pop-open or embed your CyberTwin on your website, then your CyberTwin will be launched to chat for 100% of visitors to that page. This will then determine your monthly chat usage. For example, if you get 10,000 visitors to your page a month, then you could expect your CyberTwin to have 10,000 chats per month.

What happens if my chat credits run out during the month?

It is recommended that you upgrade your subscription to a level that will cater for the number of chats being used. To do this, you must first cancel your current subscription, then re-subscribe by choosing the more appropriate new subscription.
