SNV is a non-profit, international development organization, established in the Netherlands in 1965. We have been present on the ground in developing countries for over 40 years, and now operate in 36 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Balkans. SNV’s 900 advisors in the field come from a variety of cultural and technical backgrounds, and over 60 per cent are nationals of the countries where we work. “We use MyCyberTwin Professional as a self-service tool for all of our staff. We use it complementary to our Intranet that is our internal source of information. We have the CyberTwin embedded on the support pages on our Intranet. Our CyberTwin is configured with our FAQ’s and redirects our staff to the information on our Intranet. We are in a start-up face with our CyberTwin and have around 100 FAQ’s about HR and ICT configured.
We hope that we can off-load our support staff a little and give people a better user experience on support 24 x 7. Next steps for us will be to monitor the use of our CyberTwin and adapt it to be more accurate, and we will add additional FAQ’s from these and other organizational units to our CyberTwin.
We have chosen for MyCyberTwin because of the easy to start and deploy capabilities and the easy to use management interface. We feel we get value for money with this solution.
